    PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

    If you make a wholesale purchase you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the Agreement), as well as the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy, Website Terms and Conditions and Website Disclaimer, which together, govern our relationship with you.

    By applying for a wholesale account and/or placing an order for Estás Bel as a wholesale customer, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

    For the purposes of this Agreement, “us”, “our”, “we” and “Estás Bel” refers to Estás Bel Pty Ltd and “Stockist”, “you” and “your” refers to the legal entity specified in your Wholesale Account Application Form.

    We may modify and update the terms of this Agreement at any time, without notice. You need to ensure you review the terms of this Agreement from time to time.

     Australian Wholesale Orders

    • We are accepting wholesale applications for retail and online stores within Australia and New Zealand.
    • We do not offer a drop ship service.
    • The minimum spend for stockists within Australia is $400.
    • Please note minimum spend amounts do not include shipping.

    International Wholesale Orders

    • All orders must be a minimum of $1,000 AUD excluding shipping.
    • We will accept new wholesale applications from international online and retain stores.
    • We do not offer a drop ship service.
    • All orders must be paid for in full prior to shipping.
    • We use DHL International Airfreight for all international orders.

    Minimum Quantity

    At Estás Bel we want to encourage you to stock our full range, we require a minimum quantity of five sizes per product and have a minimum spend on your first order.


    Placing orders

    Stockists shall submit orders for Goods via email to info@estasbel.com.au

    Recommended retail price

    It is recognised that Estás Bel has certain knowledge in evaluating market conditions, and developing marketing policy, and may recommend the prices at which Goods may be resold by the Stockist. Any such recommended retail prices will in no way be binding upon the Stockist, and the Stockist will be free to determine its own selling price for the Goods.

    Pre-orders

    At times we give our stockists an opportunity to pre -order items that are not yet in stock.

    What is a pre-order? an item that is currently in production , Please review our policy and conditions of sale before proceeding with placing an order.

    Waiting times for back order item– It generally takes 2-3 weeks for the items to be shipped to you, may have delays due to Covid -19, updates will be provided via email.

    Can I cancel my back order item(s)? Yes, certainly a store credit will be issued.

    My address has changed, can I change my address? Yes, please email us your new address prior to your dispatch.

    We recommend placing separate orders for in stock items unless you are happy to wait.

    If you have placed an order containing pre-order items and would like to split your order to receive the in stock items immediately, please contact us on info@estasbel.com.au

    Shipping

    • Shipping within metropolitan Sydney region is estimated at around $12.95* for 5kg depending on your location and more for interstate.
    • Shipping costs depend on your location and the weight of the packages and it will be invoiced separately.
    • At Estás Bel we use Australia Post and Sendle for domestic orders.
    • Every effort will be made to complete delivery within a reasonable time but no liability is assured for any loss or damage caused by any delay in delivery.
    Payment
    • When purchasing stock, payment must be upfront via Credit Card or Paypal.
    • Once payment has been received we will distribute the stock to you. Please allow 1-5 working days once payment has been received for us to process your wholesale order.
    • The customer will pay ALL collection and legal costs actually incurred by Estás Bel including actual solicitors/clients costs that are related to the collection or recovery of any unpaid account.
    • Please choose carefully as under no circumstances will cancellations be permitted.
    • Once the invoice is paid, stock remains the property of the buyer. Terms are strictly no returns or exchange on items ordered due to “change of mind”. Any goods deemed faulty through manufacture will be replaced or credited should stock be unavailable.
    • All stock remains the property of Estás Bel until payment in full has been received.

    Refund and Returns Policy
    • We do not provide refunds or exchange for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
    • We do not provide refunds if you are unable to sell the product and no credits will be permitted.
    • If the goods are faulty or not true to design then we will then apply a credit or refund for agreed products.
    • If there is a manufactures defect with any item, please email info@estasbel.com.au
    • We don’t accept return of faulty items that have been worn or returned without their tags.
    • The return of any stock/faulty goods shall not be accepted without the prior consent of Estás Bel and must be reported/returned within 7 days of receipt.

    Photos of Products

    • Estás Bel can provide photos on request to promote the Estás Bel brand for use on approved stockists websites and/or any social media. Please note that these images remain the sole property of Estás Bel and we have final say on the usage of images.
    • You may use any of the images from our website.
    • All images published on Instagram featuring Estás Bel must include tags @estasbel Failure to continually not tag the Estás Bel brand may result in us cancelling your wholesale account. Images taken from our Instagram and Facebook page must also include tags from our brand reps and permission from customers posting them. We take no responsibility for the images you share on social media.
    • At Estás Bel we encourage stockists to use not only our images at any time but also their own creative images of Estás Bel in any market campaigns. Our aim is to promote you us much as we can on social media and if we love your images we are happy to promote and tag.
    • If you find any images you love from our latest collection that you love and would like to use for your website banners or marketing let us know and we will send them to you,

    Coupon Codes
    At times we may give you a coupon code for a credit of a product, this coupon is valid for 6 months after date of issue.
    Our retail customer coupon codes for discounts cannot be used on wholesale orders. As we have one system, the coupon code may work but is invalid. You will either be asked to pay wholesale prices or be issued a refund. We have the right to cancel your order at our discretion.

    Misconduct
    We have the right to refuse a stockist or cancel a stockist order if a stockist is misleading in any way or form. We may do this at any time if our brand is being represented in the wrong way.

    We do not approve retail stores with own brand to also sell Estás Bel products.

    Stockists that mislead our brand reps in anyway, whether to tag them in clothes they have been given from Estás Bel or get brand reps to purchase on their discount codes one off products is not allowed, and will not continue to stock Estás Bel

    Fraud

    Fraudulent activities are highly monitored on our site and if fraud is detected Estás Bel shall resort all remedies available to us, and you shall be responsible for all costs and legal fees arising from these fraudulent activities.

    By Law
    Our agreement and these terms and conditions will be construed and governed according the laws of New South Wales.
