6. Purchase of Products and Returns Policy

• In using the Purchase Services to purchase the Product through the Website, you will agree to the payment of the purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (the ‘Purchase Price‘).All prices listed on the website for the product are in Australian dollars.
• Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through Stripe , Afterpay, Zip  and PayPal (the ‘Payment Gateway Provider‘). In using the Purchase Services, you warrant that you have familiarised yourself with, and agree to be bound by, the applicable Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers.
• Following payment of the Purchase Price being confirmed by Estás Bel Fajas you will be issued with a receipt to confirm that the payment has been received and Estás Bel Fajas may record your purchase details for future use.
• Estás Bel  Fajas may, at their sole discretion, provide store credit or replacement or repair on the return of faulty Products within 14 days days where the Products are in their original condition , Unworn, unwashed, unstretched without stains, without smell of perfume or deodorant and original tags attached to garment.You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause. Refer to our refund policy for more information on refunds and returns.

7.Cancellation and Change of Mind

• We do not offer any refund or exchange if you change your mind, or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.
• Due to hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns of Mesh shapewear, underwear and  nipple covers unless they are faulty.
• Please note that with sample  items are not returnable under any circumstances.
• Clearance items,  are also not returnable.
• Back-order items are only refundable in the form of store credit.

8. Warranty

• Estás Bel Fajas’s Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund by form of store credit for faulty Products.
• You may make a claim to get store credit for faulty Products within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• In order to make a claim you must provide proof of purchase to Estás Bel Fajas showing the date of purchase of the Products, provide a description of the Products and the price paid for the Products by sending written notice by email at info@estasbel.com.au.
• Where the Claim is accepted then Estás Bel Fajas will, at its sole discretion, process a refund in the form of store credit and shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to you.
• All implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use are limited to the Warranty Period.

9. Delivery

• You acknowledge that the Purchase Services offered by Estás Bel Fajas itergrate delivery (the ‘ Delivery Services‘) through the use of third party delivery companies (the ‘ Delivery Service Providers‘).
• In providing the Purchase Services,Estás Bel Fajas may provide you with a variety of delivery and insurance options offered as part of the Delivery Services by the Delivery Service Providers. You acknowledge and agree that Estás Bel Fajas is not the provider of these delivery and insurance options and merely facilitates your interaction with the Delivery Service Providers in respect to providing the Delivery Services.
• In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services,Estás Bel Fajas asks that you: 

• contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to request a refund or to claim on any insurance options available; and
• Estás Bel Fajas  in anyway not responsible for lost or damaged items in the course o the delivery service

What is a sample sale? includes sale of excess pieces of merchandise may be the pieces used for promotional photoshoots or at trade and trunk shows and pieces that have some or wear and tear in some way.

Why are sample items on sale?- sample items are generally 40%-60% off the regular price as an incentive because the items may have been used or have minor damage. Please review our policy and conditions of sale before proceeding with placing  an order.

19. Back Orders

Please note due to COVID 19, there may be delays In back-order items.

due to high demand of the shapewear products , we give our customers  an opportunity to pre order items that are not yet stock.

What is a back-order? an item that is currently in production , Please review our policy and conditions of sale before proceeding with placing an order.

Waiting times for back order item– It generally takes 2-3 weeks for the items to be shipped to you, may have delays due to Covid -19, updates will be provided via email.

Can I cancel my back order item(s)? Yes, certainly a store credit will be issued, Back-oder items are only refundable in the form of store credit.

My address has changed, can I change my address? Yes, please email us your new address prior to your dispatch.

We recommend placing separate orders for in stock items unless you are happy to wait.
